We provide a HIPAA-compliant EMR/EHR system, patient intake tools, a nationwide network of providers and pharmacies, asynchronous and synchronous medical consults, and fully integrated payment processing. Our microservices architecture spans multiple AWS regions with builds deployed via DigitalOcean. We support multiple high-growth telehealth clients and process over 2,000 prescriptions daily through our Laravel 10/11 multi-tenant application with a React + Inertia.js front end.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and technically-minded individual to join our team as a
Tech Support Specialist / Junior Developer. This is a hybrid support/engineering role ideal for someone early in their career looking to gain hands-on experience with a live, production-scale SaaS application in the telemedicine space.
You’ll be the first line of support for our clients, helping troubleshoot platform issues, assist with onboarding, coordinate pharmacy operations, and handle website and CMS changes. You’ll also work closely with our developers and engineering leadership to contribute to ongoing platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support to NimbusRX clients (Slack, email, ticketing)
- Support client onboarding and training on platform features
- Coordinate minor changes to client websites and intake forms
- Troubleshoot issues related to DNS, SMTP, and Cloudflare configurations
- Collaborate with the development team on QA, bug tracking, and minor fixes
- Communicate clearly with pharmacies, providers, and internal teams
- Use project management software (ClickUp, Asana, etc.) to manage tasks and requests
Required Skills
- Basic experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Duda
- Familiarity with DNS settings, email (SMTP) configuration, and Cloudflare tools
- Comfort with Slack, messaging tools, and remote communication
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication and documentation habits
- Ability to manage technical support tickets and maintain responsiveness
- Comfortable learning and supporting complex systems with minimal hand-holding
Nice to Haves
- Git / GitHub familiarity
- Exposure to PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Basic design skills (Figma, Canva, etc.)
- Experience in telemedicine or healthcare technology
- Familiarity with Laravel, Inertia.js, or multi-tenant architecture
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and skill level, with room for rapid growth based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a modern, high-traffic telehealth system with mentorship and real-world engineering exposure.

- Preferred: Grand Junction, Colorado. Local candidates can work hybrid (part in-office, part remote).
