Billing Terms and Conditions

Monthly SaaS Subscription Fee
- The Monthly SaaS Fee is billed once per month and is due on the date the client’s account first goes live.
- This fee recurs on the same calendar day each month thereafter.
- All clients are responsible for ensuring timely payment to avoid service interruptions.
2. Weekly StratusMD Medical Consult Charges
- Charges for StratusMD medical consults are invoiced weekly every Monday.
- These invoices are due upon receipt and must be paid promptly to maintain uninterrupted services.
3. Weekly StratusMD Pharmacy Facilitation Reimbursement
- Pharmacy facilitation reimbursements are invoiced weekly every Monday.
- These invoices are also due upon receipt and should be settled without delay.
4. Late Payment and Account Hold Policy
- If any invoice (including but not limited to consults or pharmacy reimbursements) remains unpaid for four (4) consecutive days following its due date, the client’s account will be placed on Soft Hold.
- For example, if Monday's invoice is not paid by Friday end of day, the account will be placed on hold.
- While on Soft Hold, certain platform functions may be temporarily restricted until payment is received and the account is brought current.
